Forming in Sept of 2005 through mutual friends, the four members of Violent Disorder have bonded together with the common goal of making world class heavy music. Spending the remainder of that year finely tuning their sound through extensive writing and rehearsing, the band then set about unleashing their music on the unsuspecting populous.
2006 saw Violent Disorder go from strength to strength, with a very busy live performance schedule in both the Freeza underage circuit, as well as many of the recognized venues in Melbourne’s club and pub scene. That same year also saw Violent Disorders music spread to the air waves of Australian radio, and even did a live to air interview courtesy of 3RRR’s program ‘Musically Incorrect’.
Whether it’s due to a low boredom threshold or partial animal instinct, Violent Disorder produce some of the most ferocious yet catchy music currently circling the Australian heavy music scene, their consistently intense and not to mention exhausting live performances, display a confidence and maturity of far more seasoned performers. This has not only aided the band in winning the respects of all the other bands they perform with, but has also earned them their impressive and fanatically loyal underage fan base.
Now in 2007, the band serves up their much anticipated debut 3 track release. With their new recording and an even stronger resolve and hunger to succeed, Violent Disorder have their sights firmly set on broadening their sphere of influence, bigger shows and even bigger goals.
Disorder will spread, you have been warned.
